The service was extremely disappointing. My sister and I ordered a cake for our other sister’s baby shower. After placing the order online, we emailed to clarify the font colour, as there was no specific field on the website to indicate this. We were then advised there would be a $10 “admin fee” for a change of colour. Despite there being no place to indicate the required font colour. What followed was a series of passive-aggressive, unhelpful, and rude email responses. Interestingly, after providing feedback that the website did not clearly allow customers to specify font colour, the website was updated shortly after — yet we were still expected to pay the additional fee. The cake itself was also a let-down! The lettering was inconsistent, with some letters noticeably larger than others, making the overall presentation look unpolished. Unfortunately, the cake also lacked flavour and tasted quite bland. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business if you are looking for professional service, clear communication, and quality products. Paying 120 plus a 10 admin fee for a cake that tasted terrible is unacceptable.

There’s always so much thought behind her designs, and my guests are forever commenting on not just how beautiful they look, but how delicious they taste. I have ordered 2 cakes and 2 dozen cupcakes from Willow George and they have exceeded my expectations every time. The cake itself taste amazing, butter cream is delicious! We had so many compliments at both parties and everyone asked where we got it from. The cakes are gorgeous and exactly like the photos on the website. 10/10 communication, 10/10 taste, 10/10 presentation.
