Thoroughly impressed with everything I've had so far. I get there late in the day so usually scavenge what's left which forces me to try new things, and there's a lot that were out of my comfort zone by name alone. However, everything I've purchased from their beef, to their pork and apple and even the spicy kale, I've never had anything I personally wouldn't order again. Thoroughly impressed. Also if you're planning to travel to get here, I definitely advise getting there early as possible!
10/10 absolute cracker. Confirmed butter only in filling and pastry, none of that seed oil margarine toxic junk. This is NSW's best pies and pastries by far. Have faith, Sydney still has really good food. Forget the Southern Highlands, Northern beaches, here and there. Sampled today Lamb Provencal, Croque Monsieur, Beef and Mushroom, Spinach and Ricotta roll. Arrived 1300hrs, almost sold out. Come early to win. XL mocha equally tentalizing, but bring a cold beer to go with this. Edit: returned again Jan 2026. Amazing as before, come early for full cabinet of pies.
Ok so I was in the area, seen the hype....got there 1pm. Still had a few pies in the warmer. Got a chunky beef and pepper pig. Great ๐ I liked them. Pastry was cooked, like a shortcrust, great flavour, meaty! Loved the pepper and pork. Also got a 2 sweets, the flan and apple tart for home. Loved them. Maybe better warmed up. The staff ( i reckon the owner) was so nice and kind. Ill definitely go back, when in the area.
We feel in love with the pies. They are the perfect pastry and filling to die for. If your lucky enough to try the pork belly pie your are in for real treat. Our custom birthday cake was perfect. Cookies cream inspired and was incredible. I highly recommend the pies and custom cakes.
I always look forward to the Beef, Bacon and Chesse Pie - itโs rich, savory filling bites into buttery, flaky pastry so well. The Chicken and Red Wine Pie tastes like comfort - warm, hearty, and full of deep, soothing flavor. The sausage rolls are golden and flaky, with juicy, seasoned meat inside. Some of the best in town. And the lamb rolls are just perfect: succulent lamb wrapped in crisp, flaky pastry. Each treat feels fresh, lovingly made, and satisfying in a simple, honest way.
