This is by far the best croissant in WA. I'm not even vegan and I only buy croissants from there. My all time favourite is the scrambled tofu one, but honestly, any other flavours just hit the spot. If you go there, I highly recommend you to try the other pastries / deserts as Cedric really knows what he's doing. Couldn't speak highly enough of this pattiserie. Thanks W.H.I.P, you always fill our heart with joy๐Ÿ˜Š

The BEST and I mean the BEST vegan croissants I have EVER had. I havenโ€™t been able to have a Ham & Cheese croissant in over 10 years, due to allergy and availability of vegan croissants. This Ham & Cheese croissant was incredible. The croissant is perfectly fluffy and slightly salty, the cheese was creamy and the ham was pretty convincing! The almond croissant is the best vegan one Iโ€™ve ever had. The butter-y taste of the croissant was so perfect with the almond paste. I made the trip out from central Perth during a very short layover and now this patisserie has me considering a move to Perth.

Wow. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Flaky and delicate. The brownie was great too and somehow gluten free. It was moist and not too sugary, so you could taste other flavors. It also has chocolate chunks in it. The plain croissant is buttery and perfect. The chocolate one is my favorite though. You can tell lots of experience and effort goes into these because the place is owned by a pastry chef and very friendly French woman who care about the pastries.

This is definitely in the top three best vegan pastries Iโ€™ve ever had. Such a hidden gem! Even my non-vegan partner said the croissant is tastier than many non-vegan ones. Will definitely come back to try every item. Only thing is the price is a little high, but totally worth it in my opinion! :)
