I’ve been a big fan of SugarMan since he started as a specialty pastry shop so when things rebranded into SugarMan Gelato I knew we would be in for a treat with creative and delicious flavours! I have tried at least 90% of the menu (no lie) and by far my favourites are the salted sourdough and tiramisu! Their special limited flavours like blueberry and fennel, basque cheesecake and limoncello peaches are always an incredible treat too 👏🏼🍨

Delighted to see you guys back with a new vision. Taking those absolutely clever and exciting flavours from the bakery into the world of gelato 🤩 had an awesome chat with the owner today whilst getting a taste of some of the options and we settled on Salted Pistachio and the Fig and Ricotta. Can’t wait to come back all through these upcoming summer months, there were at least 3 other flavours they have currently that I need to have a feast of.

Stopped by to try some pastries, and they were some of the best I've ever had! The cinnamon scroll with creme brulee silling was perfectly balanced, not too sweet but still very rich. They have absolutely perfected their croissant dough here - it is amazingly flaky, crisp, and almost melts in your mouth. I also had the Gouda and truffle scroll, which was nice and light while still being very crispy. There was a generous serve of cheese on top and through the scroll with just enough truffle flavour so as not to be overwhelming. Definitely get there as early as practical because things sell out quick - very understandable! Absolutely cannot wait to come back and try more.

Stopped by Sugarman Adelaide last week while on holiday and wow—what a treat! The pistachio tart was an absolute bomb—flaky, rich, and topped with whole pistachios and that lush green glaze. Just chef’s kiss. 😍 I also tried their onion croissant, which was totally unique and super yum! Loved the savory twist with the pickled onions and cheese—seriously creative and full of flavour. Definitely a must-visit if you’re into creative pastries and bold flavours. 💚
