Terrific bread rolls, crunchy and yet fluffy. The best profiteroles EVER and reasonably priced baked goods across the board. Definitely the place to go in Ballarat.

I specifically went to this bakery for their vanilla slice as it is $3.80. For the size and price, it didn't disappoint. I prefer it with the dusting of icing sugar anyway, so this was great! The jelly slice was also good. Thick jelly layer with a nice thick biscuit base. Service was quick and genuinely warm and friendly.

We tried their profiteroles, vanilla slices, and apple slice, and they were all absolutely delicious! I also had their Vietnamese BBQ chicken banh mi, which was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Everything we ordered was top-notch—highly recommend!

I just walked pass by and felt hungry. Then I went inside to buy beef onion pie, cheese vegetable pie, apple pie slice, custard puff. All of them are even better than most of what I bought in Melbourne! And the price is good too. The crust of the bread is all in good perfect state without dryness. The filled-inside blends are all balanced and stimulating my appetite! And I do love the apple pie and the cheese vegetable pie, so amazing🫶🏻🫶🏻 I bought 5 items by $17, which is quite a good price😊
