If joy had a flavour Christian Breton’s honeycomb baked cheesecake would be it - velvety texture, golden edges, a decadent layer of chocolate ganache and that just right honeycomb note that lingers like a happy memory! Ordering was effortless, timing exact and Christian himself was a joy to deal with - kind, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. Sweetly made, sensibly priced, and delivered by the loveliest chef! Consider me a devoted regular for cakes and pastries. Un vrai délice - du bonheur en bouche. On s’est régalés! ❤️❤️❤️

Decided to try 10 flavours of the petit fours for my mums birthday this week, all 10/10 especially the lemon tart (mums fav) and the caramel macadamia. So much fun trying all of them and Christian was lovely!

The best French Patisserie in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area. Beautiful selection of delicious pastries and tarts. I purchased a lemon meringue tart - it looked amazing and tasted even better.

I, like many leave it to the last minute to organise arguably the most important & time sensitive piece of any birthday celebration - the cake! I was frantically scrolling through google, then I found Christian’s business The French Patisserie. Nothing but rave reviews & a modest Facebook page that featured all the wonderful (& vast) cakes available and an incredibly reasonable price list. Too good to be true? I phone to place my order 2.5 days out from the event Christian was can-do from the start. When I went to collect I was blown away! The cake is a work of art, the size generous & I couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to ordering (in advance) all the other cakes we need this year with Christian.

This is just absolutely delicious. I have ordered the strawberry tart as a birthday surprise and it was fantastic. We have had similar tarts in France before and it definitely smells, looks and tastes like your are in France. Will buy again!
