Staff were friendly, atmosphere was nice and the drinks were great! The staff were exceedingly friendly, helping us decide on our order and engaging easily in conversation. One staff member let my brother watch how he made the coffee, since my brother is training to be a barista. I couldn’t overstate their helpfulness if I tried. The drinks didn’t fall behind either. The art was magnificent and was most certainly the highlight, but the taste of the hot chocolate, cappuccinos and mochas were brilliant as well. The atmosphere was nice as well. Music played softly in the background and there were plenty of seating options, including couches. (They also had a unique way of marking table numbers: playing cards were used) Would recommend and if I end up in Tasmania again, I’ll make sure to stop by here!

A great place that ticked all the boxes. Excellent atmosphere, very clean, and delicious food prepared with real attention to detail — tasty, well-presented, and perfectly cooked. The coffee, for someone coming from Melbourne, was a solid 5 out of 5 and better than most cafés in Melbourne. The service was friendly and helpful.

Sweetbrew Coffee House has a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, but the food and drinks were a bit hit and miss. The pancakes had a nice flavour and good texture, though they were slightly burnt, which took away from the overall experience. The tea was unfortunately a bit too bitter, lacking the smoothness I was hoping for. With a few small improvements, this place could be a lovely spot for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Ten out of ten.. easy to find.. warm, clean, fun atmosphere, great service, top staff.. amazing kitchen and chef, with an awesome menu full of tasty eats & treats.. the Praline pancakes are to die for ( see pix ).. am here on holiday.. 100÷ will be back again.. ( btw there are lots of tables & benches with free power points & USB 2/3 and C form factor port chargers as well.. perfect for digital nomads lile me, tourists & locals needing a break from the office and a fun place to catch up on email ).. also has fantastic bathroom facilities for all inc. wheelchair and mobility access..

Perhaps the best dressed poached eggs in Launceston. Fresh and springy micro salads on top and a sprinkling of salty pink spice (I think! 🤔) around the plate. Plus when it was delivered to my table he twirled the plate until he was it was at its most appetising angle. That’s when you know people care about their food and service! I could have added sides but wanted to keep the price down today. I’ll go for it next time. My new favourite Friday post-yoga breakfast spot.
