Amazing service and amazing coffee but with your eggs Benedict you don’t get poached eggs you get a fried eggs and I was really disappointed I couldn’t even finish it just didn’t taste that good with tye lettuce and bacon like it does with the poached eggs and yummy sauce. Please I would hope next time to receive poached eggs as that’s what I was expecting as well as it being 23.90…

As a Melburnian visiting Newcastle for the first time, a few friends and I came across here by chance as it was a walking distance from our hotel. After an amazing late breakfast on the Saturday for the three of us, we brought along our two other friends the next day for breakfast here again. The service was excellent and friendly (the staff welcomed us back as "regulars" on the Sunday!), the food arrived quick and hot, and my goodness was it delicious. I had the classic breakfast and the salmon bagel - both absolutely hit the spot. The coffee was also delicious and served at a brilliant sipping temperature. We all agreed that whenever we're next in the area, we will go out of our way to eat here again!

The pancakes were ok not as hyped up as the other reviews made them. They were good through and the orange juice was nice. I would give a lower rating on the food itself but the staff there are so nice! I’d go back just for how nice they were and try something else 😊

What a great coffee shop we stopped by to see what it was like and very impressed. They have a reasonable menu but we did not stay for a meal but looking at it their prices are excellent. I would definitely recommend going to this place. Friendly service and to all the staff at Supreme Brew and Bake keep up the good service and presentation.
