Saw these guys at the Forage but they were out of knafeh 😩 so I followed their insta and stalked them at the Light Up Lyneham Festival…. And ordered a tray for home. Best knafeh EVAH! Plus the people are lovely and so easy to deal with 💝

Sapori Lab’s pastries are one of a kind, especially their sfogliatella, which is a must-try! It’s the kind of pastry you’ll find yourself craving often. :)

The savoury pastries here are very good especially their savoury brioche and the bolognese pie which is unique and never been consumed before by me. They were at the Forage recently and are a stall worth visiting. Regards @fooderarri

So delicious 😍 I tried the traditional and pistachio flavours of maritozzi and had to go back to take some home (Amaretto Veneziane, Sfogliatella and Tirramisu pictured). So impressed that all of their desserts are 100% handmade and so fresh, the chefs were very friendly and we had a quick chat about how the desserts are made. If you’re planning to try I would go early as they were almost sold out by 11am. They also have gluten free options! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the yummy pistachio amaretto tart from their stall in Old Bus Depot market, Kingston foreshore, Canberra. It is an Italian inspired Bakery stall, all the items looked nice.
