OMG! This is a gem! Went there consecutively two weekends. Canโt get enough the fresh pastry baked daily when you walked in to Pelican Croissanterie the smell of fresh pastry just hit you like a rock. Coffee was great and sitting outside ent the fresh pastry and coffee was a great way to spent the morning. All the pastry were amazingly delicious. Can never get enough you have to try it yourself and you know what Iโm saying. Enjoy guys!
5 stars for the food. 4 stars for the variety & service. Prices $7 (fruit Danishes)-$8.50. Too steep for the ham & cheese IMO. Pistachio & orange chocolate was good. Loved the savoury varieties best, although they cost the most. Sis & I devoured Japanese curry croissant + speck version. Have to come at 8am for mushroom & mentaiko varieties, it seems. Wish they would just post the info on Instagram or FB page. Parking was easy on Sunday with adjoining business closed. Cruffin was OK, the filling wasn't too sweet. The style of croissant/danish is very similar to Do Dough... If you really like the taste of full butter, Do Dough would edge these ones out for a richer flavour. For me, this worked as I could eat more (Bwa-haha) Still not the best Ham & cheese croissant I've ever had, but it's the best SOR. Great playground opposite to keep kids happy.
Sausage croissant was unbaked. Itโs wasnโt good and sad. Also always cabinet is empty. Nothing much left so there is not much flavor to choose unfortunately. I would like to know what time you guys have most of the flavors. However we enjoyed mushroom danish and mentaiko bread.
Delicious! Eat and go was the theme at this Croissanterie. Flakey pastry, fast service and had a place to sit. Coffee in my opinion was good as this is always subjective. Enjoyed the early Sunday morning breakfast here.
This is such a treasure! The croissants are amazing. We found this little gem through a friend who gifted us a box of sweet croissants. We loved it so much that we ended up checking it out ourselves. I am glad we did because we found more amazing croissants. Our favourites are the savoury ones, especially the Japanese curry. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is quite hard since it is a tiny place only. Most days, if you go later in the morning, there will be a long queue. Try to go very early when they just opened. If you go later after lunch, the best items are gone. If you have to queue, it will be worth it, though! Such scrumptious croissants!
