This is the first time we have been here. The food was tasty. The lamb madras medium was just enough spice. The butter chicken was tasty. And the cheese naan had plenty of cheese. They are byo and licenced Will be back

Right from the moment we entered, the atmosphere and service were absolutely amazing. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly and the chef is really really sweet. He engaged with all his customers over some fun conversations and ensured a comfortable dining experience. The food is hands down one of the best Indian we’ve eaten and Sydney and we would just love to keep coming back here. Overall, it was an wonderful fine dining experience. Loved it!

This restaurant absolutely blew us away - the vibe, the atmosphere… everything was electric! 🔥 But what truly made the night unforgettable was the incredible service from their chef Mr. Hari & we really loved the curries of typical indian taste. His attentiveness, charm, and calm energy made us feel completely at ease and truly valued as guests. ! Thank you for making our night so special. We’ll 100% be back soon!

Loved our dinner here at Panchayat!! Incredible food - we’d especially recommend the beef vindaloo, nawabi goat curry, palak paneer and the fish and eggplant masala. The service was also amazing. Would very highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

Food was very tasty. I’m always weary of large menus, but the food didn’t disappoint. The chicken Balti was delicious I had it medium. My husband had a lamb madras, hot, but could have had it hotter. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Only thing missing was a bit of music in the background, but the restaurant space was nice and clean.
