What a great find! The spinach & feta and beef börek were outstanding, and the pistachio baklava was to die for—fresh, light, and not overly sweet. Turkish tea paired beautifully with it. Friendly owner, relaxed seating, and a really enjoyable experience overall. Looking forward to coming back and exploring the rest of the menu.

I can see why this place has an incredibly high rating! Not only was the bloke who serviced us very kind and welcoming, the food was also delicious! While my partner and I were eating our spinach and feta börek we kept encouraging other people to buy some because it was that delicious! My partner and I were in Fremantle for 2 nights and we came to the markets each day to buy a börek. We’re now on our way back to Perth and are planning to stop in again this weekend to buy another!! Also the complimentary tea was delicious and much appreciated

This was the second time in three years that we had eaten there in the Friday-to-Sunday only Fremantle food market. And this time round it was great as before. We had the Spinach & Feta Cheese Ottoman Börek and the Veggies & Cheese Etli Ekmek. Both were fabulous. They were accompanied by complimentary Turkish tea. Excellent friendly service. Good pricing.

I visited Fremantle Markets for my favourite Turkish restaurant and tried the beef and cheese borek and chocolate this time—absolutely delicious! It was so much fun watching the owner bake everything by hand. They carefully place the bread over the ingredients, piece by piece, and bake it over the fire for at least half an hour. You can really taste the love and care in every bite. The owner is very polite and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the tea they served. It truly felt like the spirit of the weekend—flavourful food, warm smiles, and the joy of people enjoying food together. The owner even recognised me this time and said, “See you next time,” with a warm smile. And so did I.
