The food here is amazing from hot pastries to exquisite cakes all at reasonable price. Good coffee. Dinning inside or out. Was busy all the time. A must just for the craftsmanship and skill of the bakers. Off street parking

Unfortunately zero vegan options (besides bread), which is surprising for such a popular bakery. It’d be good for this place to trial even one vegan cake for example - simply switch butter & eggs for margarine & oil, and voila - cheaper to produce & satisfies customers with dietary requirements. Besides that, we purchased the large sourdough ($9.20) which was lovely.

Have been a customer here for a few years the price bracket is not supermarket prices nor supermarket quality. But this mornings block loaf has risen 70c since last week from $8.50 to $9.20. Most items had incurred the same price rise including premade sandwiches and rolls. Not all cakes are labelled and priced but the cakes used to have unusual flavoured presentation but I noticed a lot more whipped cream being used cheaper and less time involved.

This is an absolute gem of a patisserie. The strawberry tarts are just beautiful and the Friands are super fluffy and full of raspberries. They have a huge selection of cakes and pastries. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very good bread and very tasty savouries and sweet cakes/tarts . Everything we tried there was just amazing. Cheerful, fast and bright service. They have some good cold drinks in the fridge. Highly recommended and will sure revisit again when back in Launceston
