My husband saw a TikTok video recommending The Little Kiwi Bakehouse so of course we had to try it…and they didn’t disappoint! I had the chunky pepper steak pie and OMG, it was chock full of big juicy chunks of succulent steak! The pie had the perfect amount of pepper, a nice hit without being overpowering. THE BEST pepper steak pie I’ve had so far. Hubby enjoyed his mince pie too, the mince was genuinely chunky and not mushy like so many are. Great flavour from both pies, beautiful flaky pastry. Definitely recommend, we will definitely be back!

I live near Mackay but read good things about Little Kiwi Bakehouse on social media. I just happened to be visiting the Gold Coast so I took the opportunity to pay them a visit. So did half the Gold Coast judging by the queue! Despite the large number of attendees, I was served in no time at all. It was a very slick operation and the staff were very friendly. I decided to grab a steak, cheese and jalapeno pie which was great. The pie was full of chunky steak, cheese and just the right amount of jalapeno to give it a nice kick without being too hot. I would highly recommend a diversion to pay Little Kiwi Bakehouse a visit. I didn't rate the atmosphere as I took my pie and ran, however, staff were great and those who stayed to eat seemed to be very satisfied customers!

My brazilian boyfriend had his first pie experience here and what can I say, best place to start. We had the steak and cheese and the fish pie and went back in for a second round sausage roll and all were absolutly amazing!! On top of the super tasty pies the staff was so friendly and welcoming and the balcony was lovely to enjoy the yummy goods, that we defenetly will come back :))

We called in to grab lunch. Delightful girls serving, happy and polite. My hubs had a steak and cheese pie and it was oozing cheese and full of beautiful tender steak pieces and a lot of them. I had a mince pie and it was up there with the best. Will stop in again.

Finally got to buy Pies & Afghan this morning. Came up from Burleigh heads. Didn't disappoint, Steak n cheese pie was full of chunky steak bits, nice juicy gravy full of flavour. Afghan was delicious. We miss our NZ fish n chips & bakeries .
