Amazing baguette’s. Buy and fill with your own items or buy an already made one. Either way they will taste amazing. A real French bakery. And the pastries are yummy too. Don’t worry if you have to wait, we didn’t, but it will be worth it.

Amazing gem of a place, 3 minute walk from the ticket counter at Freshwater railway station, across the road. Amazing fresh pastries, espresso drinks. Nice little seating area outside with a view of mountains and sugarcane field. Perfect spot for a bite before or after a tour. Also has baguette sandwiches. Only point to note is the awning and umbrellas say ‘Genovese’ and the name of the restaurant is not visible from the road. We just followed our noses. Excellent service also.

Finally found amazing croissants in Cairns. Much better than the other places we've been to. The layers are well built and the overall flavour balance is fantastic. They use a more bitter, dark chocolate in the pan au choclat and it's so divine.

Been here a number of times. Love the sweet pastry here, especially the pear. Coffee is good too, especially when the cappuccino isn't flat!

We visited cairns for 5 weeks and kept coming back to this small cafè. Everything they have is really good, perfect croissants, great small quiches. I fell in love with their lemon tart and ordered almost it everytime we were there.
