Awesome experience, we couldn’t be happier with this cake shop! They helped us out with a last-minute birthday cake and completely delivered. The sponge cake was wonderfully light, with fresh jam and cream that tasted amazing. Great service and a beautiful cake. All of us loved it and we will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend☺️
The Biscoff Burnt Basque Cheesecake is amazing. I bought one to a party and we all love it. Try out the Matcha Burnt Basque cheesecake today and it's so delicious. The shop owner's nice. Good service
Super cute shop near unimelb/vic market and the selection of cakes are so nice! I had the vanilla burnt cheesecake and fudge brownie which were both not too sweet! Highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be back next time to try the other flavours!
Wouldn’t call this a “German Blackforest cake” the slice we ordered via uber eats was extremely underwhelming. The “cherry filling” was basically jam. I’m not even sure if it was cherry because there was barely any fruit and I couldn’t discern what kind of fruit it was by taste alone because there was barely any jam. Where was the rest of the fruit filling? Why are there random grapes added to this?! Why did this cost $13.99 to taste meh? At least it wasn’t dry.
We ordered a custom cake from them - 6 inch chocolate cake with light blue exterior, with a track around the cake (as we were going for a Thomas train theme). We were told by another customer that they were happy to put toppers (customer provided) on the cake but they refused our request (by ignoring the 4 times we mentioned them in our messages including a collective picture), whilst this was a little annoying, we assumed they didn't want to handle those and moved on, but a simple acknowledgement of that would've been less rude. Otherwise they delivered what was requested, though personally I think it was lacking in expected finesse and care. Other facts: * Name on the cake had alternating colours blue and yellow (the birthday kid's fav colours), was requested too * Cost $105 * Order made a week prior to pick up, with a reminder 2 days prior * All communication via SMS * Full payment made through payID 2 days prior * Noting the "reference" pic had the name on the side but we agreed that fondant was not required and writing on top of cake sufficient. * We ended up finalizing it with the toppers ourselves * Cake itself was 6 layers of alternating sponge and dense ganache, nice tasting
