Gills is a Canberran hidden gem tucked away in Fyshwick! I absolutely love their kimchi sourdough! its very unique and has a lovely texture where you can’t find in other sourdoughs anywhere else. Their kronuts are also absolutely divine. Parking is not a hassle at all and service is top tier. Will definitely be back for more Their Kimchi stirato bread absolutely exceptional! got a ham and cheese sandwich, $7.50 for a tiny sambo with only two small bits of ham and stale bread is just a rip off. the guy who served me though had great customer service skills.
