Always such a friendly welcome here from Allie and her team, and such delicious French baked treats to enjoy. The coffee is spot on, and it's usually easy enough to get a table, at busy times you may need to wait a few minutes and people-watch on the chairs provided at the front, but the wait won't be long and will be rewarded by the goodies to enjoy. There is a great range of sweets and savouries, and numerous classic French pastries. And if you want something special or larger quantities, you can order ahead the previous day. We travel 30 minutes each way to visit here, but it's time well rewarded! And we always extend the pleasure with some take-home delicacies too 💖☺️

Popped in here again, not been here in many years, they did not have a lot of food. I did get the last almond croissant, this was very good. I had a large flat white which was not bad. I’d go back for the croissant for sure.

French Resistance in Nedlands is my go-to cafe for a hearty breakfast after a refreshing morning walk or run. Their pies are simply exceptional, offering a delightful treat to start the day. Apart from the great coffee and food, the level of service here is above and beyond. The staff pay you the highest courtesy, whether you're a local, dining in, or grabbing some takeaway. Their coffee is always perfectly made, and it's criminal to ignore their pastries. They make the best mushroom, bacon & chilli quiche I have ever had.

Amazing authentic French pastries! The staff was very friendly. The pastries are made with good-quality ingredients. I especially like the pear cake (I heard that it’s made with almond milk, perfect for people who are allergic to normal milk like me). The store is close to Uni, not big but got a nice vibe.
