Bread is traditionally a very local affair in Switzerland. The shapes and styles depend partly on taste, partly on tradition and partly on local conditions dictating the type of cereal that can be grown.

Stopped by for a coffee and their bakery items look so good, I had to pick up a ham and cheese croissant for my partner. She loved it. This swiss bakery has so many yummy looking things. If you have a willpower issue stay away otherwise you will buy the lot. Granted you would be in heaven if you did. Amazing bread options too
Wow. Lots to pick from here. The biggest issue they face is their popularity. Lines out the door. Meant when you get inside to order at the register you risk feeling a bit rushed and pressured. But. If you dine in they still serve you and you wonโt feel rushed there at all. The food was great. The pretzel is not as chewy as a German lye pretzel It is more light and crisp and airy. Really enjoyed this. Great value for money. @pertheatswithem
My first visit to Jean Claude patisserie was a lovely experience. The store front was decorated with bread prints, the store was cosy and warm with icuting vibes. The aroma of freshly baked breads and patisserie wafting through the bakeduws front door. We receivedwonderful customer service, beautiful array of hand baked breads croissants sandwiches apple slices eclairs cakes and so much more. Each one looked more decadent and delicious than the next. Clean well maintained store with plentiful seating.
The donuts here are absolutely incredible!! Those little glazed donuts while simple, actually blew me away. So much so I had to order more of them. Iโm an absolute donut fiend and they did not disappoint. Not only that, they had an immense selection of pastries.
Custard donut was pretty yummy, baguettes were above average but very unique. Props to them for putting an abundant amount of smoky salmon in the salmon baguette which was extremely scrumptious. However, they also put a lot of almond essence in the almond croissant which made it taste a little bit weird, definitely can find better alternate options in other bakeries. Service was good but the queue was a bit long due to its popularity.
