Had some time to kill before our cruise and came across this gorgeous little bakery. The lady was working by herself but made delicious coffee. Great seating outside which was very relaxing to sit and watch the world go by.
Got the almond and Pistachio croissants for family that were a good treat. I have been here before but just for coffee and was served by different staff. However, on 28th October 2025 afternoon the service was outstanding. I never intended on leaving a review when I stepped in, but really felt the need to leave one once I exited. I would recommend this establishment for the service and the food. Thank you!

Bondi Boulangerie serves up a pistachio croissant thatโs as eye-catching as it is satisfying. The layers are beautifully laminated with a crisp, golden exterior that gives way to a soft, airy crumb inside. Thereโs a generous swirl of sweet pistachio cream running through the middle, and the whole thing is topped with crushed pistachio bits that add a nutty crunch to each bite. The flavour leans creamy and rich without being overpowering, with just enough sweetness to keep it balanced. The storefront is clean and inviting, with a good mix of polish and casual charm. Itโs an easy spot to swing by for a well-made pastry and a coffee to go with it. Hoping to be able to try their almond croissant next time as well.
Delightful bakery and coffee shop located conveniently close to Macquarie Place Park. Several tasty treats on offer, both sweet and savoury. I got a small flat-white coffee, a Quiche Lorraine, and an almond croissant. The very friendly staff member offered to bring the coffee out to my table when it was ready. Several tables and chairs are arranged outside, all with a good view of the park and several historic buildings nearby. There is some traffic noise, but it's not too noticeable. The coffee was nice, well prepared, and with favourable flavours. The Quiche Lorraine was nice, fresh, and at an ideal temperature. For me, the standout was the almond croissant. It was satisfyingly large, fresh, delicious, and with an added surprise of almond sauce inside.
